NOTICE TO CANDIDATES


1. Please note that Biology, Chemistry and Physics are only allowed if the candidate is applying for a Resit.

2. Candidates will be required to make payment for the exams they are attempting at the Accounts Department of the Ministry of EducationBEFORE completing this form, as candidates will be required to upload a copy of their receipt upon submit.

Please ensure that the name on the receipt matches the name filled out on the application form.

3. The form will prompt the applicant to upload the copy of the receipt at the end of the process when the applicant hits the SUBMIT AND SIGN button.


A pop-up window will appear asking for a copy of the receipt to be uploaded.
